EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital services.
However, by starting your subscription immediately and accessing premium digests, you agree that your withdrawal right expires once access has begun.
Refund Policy
Because our Service consists of digital content (summaries, digests), all purchases are final once access has started.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases:
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Technical issues preventing service access for more than 48 hours (not caused by you)
• Legal consumer rights that cannot be waived
Request Process
To request a refund in the above cases:
1. Contact us at support within 7 days of the issue
2. Provide order number and details
3. We review within 5-10 business days
4. If approved, refund to original payment method within 5-10 business days
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel anytime via account settings.
Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
No partial refund for remaining time. The subscription will not renew.
